i folded, but for other reasons 
even for such a sample, i don't think 8% 3bet is low like ever (up to ~10% with this hand)
we can probably assume that villain is positionally aware and 3betting lighter from btn. if you want to put TT vs his range we have a "value call"...

His 3bet isn't low but overall while we don't have that huge sample it's going to be hard to play the hand, especially it being ZOOM.
