Since this is SH the chances of UTG having KK or AA (which is not unlikely in FR) is of course lower - but even so a set of 7s isnt. He might also be holding AK - but perhaps with re-draws.
Since we are IP calling or playing re-raise/fold could be considered - but all-in all I see nothing wrong with folding either - since we will often have to fold on the turn if he continues betting - especially when ugly cards hit.
preflop fold is best here. if you had the ace-high flushdraw i might call it preflop but you have reverse implieds with the K-high flushdraw in such a multiway pot.
UTG could have AA/KK here but since you got and A and K it is unlikely since there are also two on the board. i would raise this flop and fold to a shove since i rarely see him doing this with a set of sevens, so you are beat if he shoves most of the time but you protect your hand in case he is on a draw.

and this is perhaps the best flop you could hope for with AKxx, so if you want to call it pre, you have to play your top 2 on this board ;).
