I was wondering how much I should bet on the river. My train of thought was pretty standard: (flop) bet because he'll call with anything; (turn) call because NL2 fish like to do those small bluff bets on scary cards; (river) I was a little scared of him having a full house here but I knew that most of the time that wouldn't be the case, so I tried to bet small to get value from any ace that he had or some sort of 7/pocket pair.

Hello suitedaces1701,

You could easily pick up even 1/2 pot size there and maybe even more cause he is very likely to Call with PP and maybe even Ax.

Best Regards.
