With 2 straights showing on the river it's hard to imagine that donk bet is ever a bluff. I would be more likely to call if he bet full pot than half pot.

On the flop when you raise villain there are two draws showing (T98x and 56xx). By the river both those draws have hit and given villain knows you have something (due to you raising the flop and betting the turn) his half pot bet on the river in to you just cannot ever be a bluff. If it is a bluff , it's super bad since most people in your position will call.

On the turn if you're against a straight you have about 45% equity with your set and flush draw (up to 21 outs) so with that in mind the turn bet should probably have been full pot to charge his drawing hands. you got your bet sizing big enough on the turn that you get stacks in on the river but the problem is villain likely has a draw rather than a made hand so is unlikely to stack off on a blank river.
