I don't like bottom set here on the turn. Opponent might have a higher set on the turn (If he has a hand like T996) or slow played middle set. I would just give him credit for a straight or set and fold the turn. Even if you hit a full house on the river it's going to be hard to bet for value since you can't rule out villain may have made a better house.
