I would cap this flop because AT is not the most likely hand and AA isn't either.
I like the riverraise as he has to call any ace. :)

I was thinking of AA because he limped and later 3-bet my raise.
He could even had a TT hand.

Well anyway... Results...

Results follow (highlight to see):
UTG+2 shows two pairs, aces and sixes (5h Ad)

Hmm ok this a a bit weird but anyway I would cap the flop. (If you read him on that hand then the rivercard doesn't change anything. :))
