MP3: $0.98 (49 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with 9 6
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.08, SB raises to $0.22, BB folds, Hero ?

I raised to steal the blind, I suppose you all say easy fold?
Does that mean I should refrain from stealing from him again, or should I just tighten my steal range against him?
Or is there another way to go about him?

Small sample 31 hands but he was giving me a rather tight aggressive image.

if you want to steal with a wide range you can open less than 4bb.
nothing wrong with that if you think they'll fold often (which is often the case), but just fold once you get 3bet...

Stealing so loose -> should also be stealing with smaller amount. Afterwards we continue, we fold the hand? What else would you want to do?

How to go about him it's hard to say while we don't even know at all him, we adjust accordingly the dynamics. We could tighten up and at the same time we could just continue stealing with same frequency, depends a lot on the opponent.
