Is there any programs that track hands on Zynga poker?

Why would you want to do that? It would be better to play at an actual poker site like PartyPoker/Pokerstars/Etc, since it's more realistic. Also, these sites offer play money and players are a lot more competitive than zynga.

Playing and analyzing my performance in weekly tournaments, shootouts and Sit and Gos.

Because I have no investment for paid poker sites, but want to submit hand reviews?

You don't need investments at poker sites either. You can play for free, and post the hands for analysis. With PartyPoker you can request the hand history, or in most cases they will email it to you after every tourney.

You can make an account at Pokerstars and play in there "play money" games, Pokertracker tracks play money games at PS so do this. But you might as well play freerolls and grind out a roll. Play moneys just a waste of time.

I was just about to come back to this thread and ask US citizens if PokerStars.Net was a good use of time. So it is possible to get a freeroll using play money on pokerstars.net?

It's possible. They have some freerolls running daily.
