Terrible card. J9 KJ QT , maybe sometimes AQ he decided to play passively because he was scared of AK TT etc. If he's been proven as a passive player you should fold the River although your odds are great but such a guy is not bluffraising with QJ and you're beaten by too many hands @ this card. Against unknown you should call because consider how small a mistake of calling is. You get 1:15 Odds.

You just need to be ahead 6,5% of the time and maybe you're just ahead 2% of the times. It's a small mistake but consider how much you loose by folding and giving up the entire pot. It costs you a lot and this being set you should memorize a general rule: Rather call too loose, especially being uncertain about your opponents hand than folding too tight. Folding the RIver too much is a big mistake though it's not a mistake if this guy is passive.

If you just got a few hands on him, pay him off, make another note in your mind or with the notefunction and go ahead to the next hand. In case of the smalles doubt => Call! :)
