This is a flop where you should be betting big. It's a super wet flop with straights and flushes showing. Bet big because you will get called and you want the pot to be as big as possible.

Turn card really sucks for you but with a blocker to the straight I still think you have to bet here. If you do bet it needs to be big to charge the draws again.

Given how you played, I doubt you're ever getting paid off on the river due to repping a set or straight. Villain likely has a busted draw so maybe checking is the best and hoping villain makes a horrible bluff.
