I discussed that hand in a channel with some competent LHE Players and they agreed with me that checking is probably the best line because either you bet the Turn as well as the River as you don't have foldequity against better hands on the Turn but on the River he may fold something like 45 33 22 K9 but it's still uncertain whether he folds a pair . On the turn he'll have a pair more often than a flushdraw K9 45 etc and he could have easily called the flop with A2 and the small aces.

He could be semibluffing with his small flushdraws but at least he'll call and you'll get bluffed off on the River. You would also check/call with Tx, Pocketpairs, Qx and checkraise Ax sometimes so your check is balanced and if he's bettin all his draws you'll catch him by the times you've got something. Foldequity is too marginal for betting twice so i like check/calling and fold the River. Sometimes he may suspect you to have any pair and is giving up on the River with small flushdraws and 89 etc.

Suggestions?
