I have lost 40 buy in's in a day so i'm really pissed off.
I am playing sss and sticking to it 100% so how can i have that big downswing?

How long have you been playing? Are you usually a winning player?
People will probably ask this, to get a background on how you play.
But what I would ask is why did you carry on playing after loosing 10-15 BI's? If you usually win, I suggest a few days off. If its a constant loss, then read the articles again.
