congratulations on passing the quiz. have a go at both and then stick to the one you enjoy the most out of them. if you go for cash then there is the NL Beginners course which would give you a great start into cash games. there are also many resources for SnGs in the strategy section here.

as for the best thing to do with your starting capital, that is entirely up to you. many people say SnGs are great for building a roll while others will swear by cash. best to find out which one you enjoy the most and follow that.
