You played the hand ok.
You can't fold the turn with the odds you are getting.
On the river its pretty bad to try bluff against two players.

On the flop, it might be better to play more passively vs two opponents and check call and hope to hit your spade or A or J. Betting is ok too and you can bet smaller too, like 200 chips.

If you want to play it aggressive than you need to make bigger pre, because of limper, at least 180, with this line i like c-beting big, but on turn just c/c if we get good odds, and c/f river.
If you think you have age over them, than aggressive line is better, but i don't mind play it passively because you are oop and AJ isn't easy to play oop.

Complete preflop or raise to 240. I think raising to 240 vs a late position limper is better. As played flop is fine. Turn I would check against 2 opponents. Betting 60 on the turn serves no purpose. As played you have the odds to call a raise so go ahead and do that.

Check/fold river is best.
