I go for the push, if he had the K, I think he would bet normally (2/3 pot), what do you think?
If you were planning to call his bet, why didn't you bet in the first place? You could bet 2/3 of the pot instead of checking.
I am also trying to get my Short stack strateby better so don't blindly follow....

Checking the flop is wrong here, of course he might hold the King, but a big part of his range also is Ax, so the K could be a scare card for him as well.
But 2/3pot bet will be around $1.30, which means you have $1.60 left.
So I think both ways are possible here.
But maybe in this situation it's better to make a 2/3bet, so you can fold on a reraise (which he will only do when holding a K)

I know about the c-bet, I think I might have timed out on that table. 
As villain was loose-aggressive, I put him on Ax, pushed, and he showed me A7s (and for one time, he didn't hit the A or a backdoor flush).
