It varies on the limit you play, like on NL2 you earn 10 VPP's per 1$ rake, and on NL5 you earn 8.5 VPP's per 1$ rake and for NL10 it's 7 VPP's, but after NL10 it looks like every limit is 5.5 VPP's per 1$ rake. http://www.pokerstars.com/vip/earn/#HowdoIearnVPPs
I see you played NL10 so it would be 100/7=14.28c and for NL5 that you played recently that is 100/8.5=11.76c to get 1 VPP
