Def not calling here. He's only got ~40bb so allin/fold imo. I'd probably fold here because he's unknown bt once we get a few reads or a few more hands if he's still as agro then I'd 4b.
Assuming we put him allin we need 75%fe. So if his 3b ends up about 10% then as long as he's capable of 3b/folding 2-3% of his range we're making money from the 4b and we still have good equity (40%) when called.

While not knowing much about the opponent just fold the hand and leave it alone. You don't even know him to play profitable with go-allin cause we can't Call here.
