I have this problem... i play 22 to 66 anly from mediun and late nad blinds and 66-TT from all position.
So lets say i have 88 form medium i will call 4BB i get called... flop it's like this 6j8 i bet 1/2 from pot i get raised it's clear that he have a pair of J
it's something wrong?
please tell me how to deal with this pairs.. also need to now that i never limp and most off the time i enter with 4BB maybe 3 depends

As has been said elsewhere in the forums, don't play a mix of SSS and BSS, it's suicide!
I'd advise to go with SSS to begin with, as it's fairly simple to play compared to BSS. Stick with the SHC (Starting Hands Chart) given in the NL SSS Article and you should do fine. They don't play any hands from 22-88 because it's not profitable enough, and even 88-TT is only profitable in certain situations.
If you have the BR for it, you can try the BSS, which is slightly more complicated, and involves all pairs (I think.. I haven't looked at the articles yet) for some strategy.
Always read the articles though, and stick with one or the other ♦

well from 100 hands i play about 10 and win 8 but the 2 i loose it's because small pairs and often i lose alout on them
That's nothing 
100 hands is not a sample size at all. You can do 100 hands in 15 minutes.
10k is relatively enough big sample size to talk about loses and stuff.
Just stick to SSS and BBB articles and you'll do fine.
