Insta-call for me, with a M of <5 you want to be calling with any hand with decent equity (for me I'm calling with: Axs, A8o, K9s, QTs, JTs, 89s, 22+) and you could probably call with more since villain is more than likely shoving any 2 due to him being folded around too on the button but this is my opinion, would like to hear others opinions.
My concern is how you let yourself get so low, I think I'd up having shoved a hand before getting so shallow, not sure if this is right play for a satellite. IMO, people look like there trying to fold there way to winning, not going to work in these structures, best way is to build a slow but steady stack.
