Preflop: Kind of difficult to analyze either to Call or 3bet while not knowing the MP raiser nor we don't know the BB here who could be squeezing. 
Of course calling could be an option and keep MPs range wide if we assume he is opening wide.
As played
Postflop: Not a huge fan of doing that while we don't even have the nut-flush. I'd rather just leave the pot alone and avoid complications, nor we don't know the opponent enough to Check/Raise here. Of course we will have overall decent equity cause we are deep but if it's a good idea while we are also OOP.
