These are my 2cents;
1) bet flop bigger. like 1$
2) bet turn bigger ! lot of draws , lot of Ax call you. I'd bet like 2.6$
As played; I would bet like 1/2 PSB on river and consider folding to raise.
What would villain bluff with against 3 barrel ?
Don't know, maybe c/c is fine on river ?

yeah, as soon as i posted the hand i noticed my flop bet is bad. I need to stop using the standard buttons as they dont always have the correct size 
turn should be bigger aswell i agree.
dont know about value bet folding the river... we have less than potsize left ourselves, i dont think i could fold with only $3.~ behind, perhaps a $2 bet.

Definitely have to bet the flop & turn bigger, we still need to protect our hand. But as played can't really see that many hands from we get value while FD completes and also I don't see him betting with a lot worse, so I'd Check/Fold.
