Hi,

I start playing poker again yesterday after like 2 years of being away. I'm pretty sure I made an account on PokerStars 2 years ago or so, but never made a deposit. I tried to log in on it, and I couldn't. I tried to retrieve username but it said there is no account registered on my email, so the account was probably removed due to inactivity (and it being an account with playmoney only).

However, now that I entered all the correct information, I'm still not receiving pokerstrategy points. Is there a delay of over 24 hours with the points or am I not receiving points because of me having registered a long time ago and my account being removed?

Nice to have you back with us :)

Your StrategyPoints are update in every 48 hours and just to be sure about your tracking to us, please contact PokerStars and they will be able to tell you right away. :)

What you playing then? What limit?

Ah ok I remembered it was 24 hours, bad memory :) I'll check again if I get them by tomorrow / Thursday.

I'm playing $3-5 SNGs currently, going up towards $10 once I get more used to and comfortable playing again :) Still warming up...

Did you contact PokerStars support about your account affiliation then?

No, I didn't contact them, but I got my first points this morning so everything should be in order.
