i found this hand to be quite interesting from MP+1's pov.

UTG+2: $13.98
MP: $30.42
MP+1: $38.10
CO: $24.00

SB posts SB $0.10, BB posts BB $0.25

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.35) MP+1 has Q♣ K♠

fold, fold, UTG+2 raises to $0.75, fold, MP+1 calls $0.75, fold, BTN calls $0.75, fold, fold

Flop: ($2.60, 3 players) 2♦ K♥ 3♥
UTG+2 checks, MP+1 bets $1.73, BTN calls $1.73, fold

Turn: ($6.06, 2 players) K♣
MP+1 checks, BTN bets $3.99, MP+1 calls $3.99

River: ($14.04, 2 players) 2♠

easy call, cry call or cry fold?
btn is a reasonable player.

Hello Tomaloc,

Preflop: MP1 should be 3betting from that spot than calling and inviting other people to come along and play it multiway.

As played
Turn: Why would he Call the turn? Just 2nd barrel and protect his hand! Don't like it at all.

As played
River: What's the purpose in first place on the turn to Check/Call and then donk the river, doesn't really make sense. Just Bet/Bet/Bet. Of course donking is still fine here to maybe get hero-calls from some PPs/Ax hands, although would he ever Call vs such a huge donk?

As played we will be just chopping at the best here with another Kx. But is it even worth to risk another 200bb to split it? K3 of course ain't that likely but never excluded and nor 22 isn't excluded. Hero should be asking in first place why is he picking such a line and from what does he get value on the river with such a sizing. :)

Best Regards.

btn (hero) is obv a rungood luckbox and rivered quads with 22.
i found it interesting that he SNAP the river when i shoved...

now from my pov, can i afford to not raise flop? i thought i was ip, and by raising i also just make them fold nearly everything there.

BTN should be raising the flop and protecting the hand than slowplaying, you are giving people behind you good odds to draw.
