Against passive villain, should I check turn because he would call with small PP?

Hi,

A small PP is now counterfeited and will fold to your bet. That said you are bluffing with your A9s against only better hands so I think i will be more looking to check/call here as it as keeps his bluffs in which you beat

They mostly won't bluff you on the River with Khi or something like that
