Hi,
for security reasons i updated my neteller password. Long story short i forgot it. The problem is that the password recovery just doesnt send me a mail. I tried it several times in the last 30 hours.
After trying passwords i got locked out. Normally no problem cause i can recover my full data. But not if i dont get a mail to do so 
I contacted the web support and waiting for reply.
Is this a known problem or does it look like a mistake by myself.
Fyi its not in my spam folder

I was going to suggest the spam folder but you mentioned it.
Maybe you are looking in the wrong email account? Is it possible that you have set up your NETELLER account using a different email address than the one you are using now?
Hopefully - support will help you out on this but keep us up to date with any news

unfortunately not. I have my last password recovery mail still in my history. Didnt happen the first time

Fixed the issue with the help of phone support. The problem is that the german web hoster www.web.de doesnt allow neteller mails with account information.
Neteller knows about this problem, but wasnt able to fix it so far.
I just changed my mail adresse via phone support and have full access again.
