I would bet turn again for value, it's unlikely that he has a straight since you have blockers and you want him to pay for his drawing in case he has a flush draw. so pot turn :).

I don't like turning your hand into a bluff on the river... small flushes might not bet river but will certainly call you on this river, you should just check behind, you have nice SD value. Basically, you isolate yourself vs better hands by betting that river.

I like the turn check, we're ahead a lot of the time here so it allows villain the chance to bluff in to us. We can do a delayed bet where we get the value out of the river if villain checks against (as top 2 is surely good at this point).

If we bet the turn then we're probably checking back most river cards anyway.

As for this particular river I don't see a point in turning the hand in to a bluff at this point. You might get villain to fold a small set but probably not a good bet.
