Close spot imo:

The villain who shoves turn plays 15/11 on small sample... 3.33af
sb fish, small sample
bb laggy, small sample

preflop std
flop std
turn betsize okay? Now he shoves and I try to think of his range.

multiway I expect those guys to always raise their flopped set. He also called pretty fast when I bet the flop so that can easily be a flush. So I thought he could shove with K high flushes who also hit their pair now.

I also think many people overshove their draws and exactly the same happens here. I'd expect a set is raising not that much.

Hello Farmarchist,

Why should it be close. :P Just Bet/Fold it, only hope to see is there something like K:hX:h. But meanwhile we will see a lot of sets.

Why would a set raise smaller on the turn? Normal raise commits more than 1/2 of his stack already, so just ship it.

Best Regards.

True. But just calling with a set on the flop would be very very rare no? Don't see myself doing it and thus also not an 15/11 player (pretty solid)

Why would it be rare? Hand Evaluation forum is full of those players who I have few times already said not to Call in those spots cause they are giving goods odds for others to draw.

Then I am pretty sure some random player could do the same.
