his cbet was pretty weak.
still no idea if he 2nd barrels much/that kind of boards so can this be a spot to lead turn and choose the sizing myself? (on the higher side ofc)

Hi,

You can bet turn and river, but if you feel he is weak then I would rather let him catch something to then valuebet river. Likely he would call your turn bet with air

i'm not sure what his sizing means, he can have sets+ but i'd want the most from his Kx. which sizing to pick?

yeah, meants he can´t call your turn bet with air.
Betting around 2.75$-3.25$ on the turn and 2/3 pot on the river should give you maximum value from Kx.
