I actually have not noticed that he limped until now...Does his limp changes something? It should be okay to stackoff against 22% range even without A blocker right? (I doubt he is ever 3bet/folding.)

The UTG limp-reraise SCREAMS pocket aces to me. I rarely ever see this play done with anything that but aces so I would make an easy fold to the 3 bet. Sure UTG is super loose but the problem is your hand wont improve on the flop enough to justify calling here.

Most of the time no matter what hits villain is going to barrel the flop and you have to fold (which means sometimes folding the best hand).
