well his action pre, do suggest he is a fish, i believe he has some suited connectors/low pairs here.
hmm iam not sure about cbet but, pp is a huge part of his range and 44-88 missed and probably c/f. turn is std and river, i decided to go for max value.
i dont think just raising here would be worth, iam looking for 2 pairs to call me here and they might call a raise and not push. i push hoping he thinks, i bet small and he pushes, he must be bluffing.
