Hey I guess I should have folded the turn, but I did not give him AK (I would have reraised such hand before the flop).

Hi,

b/f turn is likely little better option, but since you have but in half your stack I think getting all-in should also be fine against aggressive players. You can never be sure when someone decides to shove just Ax or his flushdraws
