I got my money withdrawn from the other sites and deposited it all to pokerheaven.com. My starting bankroll is € 340 and I am going to start at NL10 probably mostly SH as it seems there is the most traffic for.

Furthermore I will try to review my session at least everyday I play from now on and post some interesting, brag or horrible beats here for all to enjoy ^^.

@ frktpuff: I had played quite a few events on the micro million and only got 2 small cashes. So it have been pretty costly for me the last few weeks or so. So considering I really haven't that great of a results in mtt's for a while, though to reason events and my bankroll not being as big as it used to be through withdrawing quite a large amount of it for personal reasons I won't be playing mtt's for a while. Also I want to concentrate in improving my cashgame which at this point is still pretty weak imo.

So far I have played an session although I still couldn't find where my handhistory is saved. So I had to play without stats. At least it helped to get a bit more familiar with the openraising chart and the result was pretty good too as I am up + € 12.77.

Will get this handhistory thing sorted out this afternoon and will post some hand too as there are at least a couple of interesting hands in this session.

Think I misplayed this one by only betting $3 on the turn whilst I should have just put him all-in for his whole stack ( $ 4.90). The river is pretty much the worst card in the deck since it completed the flush and a straight with the 9 and on with the K. Also it is not very likely that he has a set because be would most likely raise TT,QQ,AA preflop after a limper and fold 88 to a c-bet. Since I didn't have any stats I didn't know much about the opponent other then that he l/c preflop which usely means he isn't the best player around. Considering that he might still call worse 2 pair and even a top pair weak kicker type of hand that he probably check behind or bluff me off a better hand if checked too him I put the rest in. Considering the pot is already $ 8.55 and he only has $ 1.90 behind if he calls here with worse 1 in 5 it still right to put the rest in.

I haven't any reads on my opponent. looking back at the hand I think I should have bet the river about here too and probably fold if he raises. How big should I bet though because if I bet like € 3.5 and get shoved on I am getting great odds to call off but can I even expect someone to do this on the river often enough to call off? And if betting smaller like € 2- 2.50 would that increase the likelyhood for him to call worse or do you think he would probably still call worse if we bet € 3.50?

I also whened and see the latest batman film the dark knight rises and I must say I really liked it a lot ^^.

Today I had some trouble finding normal tables, since most of them where bbj tables. Since it really isn't going to be profitable to play for the jackpot I had to add some NL4 tables just so I could at least multitable 4 tables :(.

think his range is wider then just the J or a set after the c-bet most likely some draws and some weaker pairs to that is why I think you need to bet again to protect against the draws and weaker pairs. On the river all the draws have missed so I decided to go here for a c/c to get some value from missed draws that he might bluff here.

After I wrote my last post I did an sweat session with a fellow pokerstrategymember, Unfortunately it didn't go so well as I lost € 10.01. At least it still was an intresting session though ^^. After that I tried with 7 satalites to get in the micro millions and got in 3 times ^^. So I decided to also play event 95,97 and 99 as well as the Main event. I still played some cash though today and was up € 3.43 today. The first event I played today was event 95 the $ 2.20 NLHE HU Hyper-Turbo. I won the first 3 events. the first a bit luck when I got it in outkicked on the flop, but fortunately the turn spiked my kicker. the other 2 matches my I got it in mostly in favorable and my cards held up. The 4th match unfortunately I got it in as a flip and didn't win it :(. At least winning 3 matches already got me itm for $ 6.07. So far I am also doing pretty well atm with 11700 chipstack whilst average is only 6238 in event 97. Will let you all know how it all turned out

Think I probably should have folded considering he does seem loose passive which makes it less likely he is making a move with nothing or a draw. Although he does have a good stack to call pre and donkshove most flop and considering the stats are post session I might have had less stats on him at the time. does him betting € 0.62 instead of AI ( € 0.69) seem stronger or weaker or don't you think it matters much?

Yesterday was a really bad day I lost € 26.31. So not a great day :(. Got 4 betted by a guy on multiple occasions so I go for a 5 bet bluff and unfortunately he had a hand that time. Still even with this hand I still was up € 4,95 so it wasn't a total lose.

I was not getting enough traffic on pokerheaven without playing the bbj tables and considering how much 50 cent from every raked put would cut my winrate it really isn't on options. So my only options would be to withdraw and play somewhere else, play a lot on a lower limit or to play on multiple sites. I have decided to play on 2 sites and I am now also playing on William Hill.

Now that I am playing on William Hill I am also starting to unlock achievements from the sidekick software and I am just a sucker for unlocking achievements :p. Also with the promotion it might even have some value :). So far no Catching Fish achievements for me yet though :(.

Yesterday wasn't anything special I lost € 6.83 on Poker Heaven and won € 6.22 on William Hill.

Today session was much better though as I won € 15.97 on William Hill and won € 4.30 on Poker heaven

preflop his raise could mean anything as he was doing these minraises a lot. On the turn I think I probably still can fold out some pairs and considering how passive postflop he has been so far I don't think I get raises a lot on the turn. If I get called I can shove on the river if I hit a spade or a K and get called much more likely then if I c the turn. I probably still push a Q or on A as I think he probably capable of calling with a lot worse although it I am not super sure if this would be correct play on these rivers.

same opponent as last hand. I think this board hit his calling range a lot still making a c-bet though as ofcourse there is also still a big part of his range that missed. since he called the flop it seems he at least has some kind of hand,like a pair or some weak or strong draw and maybe even stronger as that. On the turn I am not sure if it would have been better to fire again or try to get to showdown cheaply. on the river I think I am beat a lot and his bet seems for value then a bluff so that why I fold.

Today has been a fairly good day.On Poker heaven I lost € 5.47 but on William Hill I won € 22.39. I also started playing 6 tables for the first time and didn't have much trouble with timing out so far.

a bit of a strange hand though the large opening size of villain to 9 bb. It definitely wasn't the first time he made this sort of range and the last time I 3 betted him he still folded. Still I think I should have at least made my 3 bet a bit smaller since now I am getting about the right price to call his all-in while most likely I am behind or flipping.

Here I think I missed some value as I think I probably should have made my flop raise a bit bigger like € 0.8 and the turn maybe €1.70 ( probably € 2 on the turn if I raised the flop to €0.8). I might get away with betting a bit bigger on the river too although I put his most likely holding that I still could get value from a 7 or a pocket pair and thought that he might still fold if I made it too big on the river.

Yesterday was a very good day for me :). I won € 28.07 on William Hill and and € 21.04 on Poker Heaven.

I now have 20 stacks for NL25SH and I want to take a shot at NL25sh for a couple of reasons:

* There are less bbj on NL25SH on Pokerheaven then on NL10
* Getting to clear more of the bonus
* through thelevel up promotion in August I will be able to get more SP and earn more cash on NL25SH

I Will be playing ony 4 tabes before I get more used to the limit. This is a shot though which means if I lose 3 stacks I will move down to NL10SH again. Will keep you guys updated on my progress ofcourse ;).

I think this one was pretty difficult because were both so deep. villian could easily have a set here, but also a flushdraw played aggrasively or a weaker Q is also an option here. Don't know if calling the raise was better here or that my play was alright or maybe somebody here thinks folding to the raise would be the right move. Please let me know what you think :).

On this last hand I'm always just calling the raise since he has a lot of semi-bluffs in his range. Shoving so deep is not getting called by hands you have beat: I don't think its often you would play any draws this way for 157bb so he's not calling off with worse Qx. What is your rationale for shoving here? Did you have some history with this guy?

@ ains21: Not much history played only 102 hands against him. He might have reraised my c-bet once or twice before this hand or something like that not sure though. I posted the hand since I had the feeling I probably should have played it differently.y my reason for the shove to protect against draws and get calls for worse Q that probably should down if a draw completes. Going over the hand though I think a call would have been better since I probably just getting called by better or the same hand that I have or in this case the JdTd that we are flipping against on this flop.

Yesterday I started played NL25SH and so far it is going great :). I won € 82.60 on William Hill and lost € 10.62 on PokerHeaven. Playing 4 tables wend so good that I will be playing more tables today.

just bet folding seems a bit too weak for me with top pair top kicker and he could do this with weaker A or flushdraws. Still after he raises I get the feeling that I wouldn't get it in good often. So I choose here far a potcontrol line. Should I have played this hand differently?

Yesterday wasn't the greatest day. I still ended up with a small profit so that wasn't the problem ( - € 4.68 Pokerheaven + € 7.67 William Hill ). What was the problem that After I was playing really well in the morning session I wasn't able to play my A-game in the afternoon and in the evening. I make some calls on the river where I could been at least fairly certain I was beat there :(.

The opponent is literally an unknown to me as it is the first hand since he joined the table.

What happens here is a 2 doesn't seem very likely I still split the pot against all 7s with a weaker kicker then a J and he probably have played an J more aggressive on the flop and turn. Whilst this all might be true his riverbet looks more like a valuebet then a bluffbet so I probably should have given him more credit and just fold the middlepair on the river.

And that is how I made more calldowns that were bad. I really don't want to fold. So I see with what hands could he still be bluffing this river. The I think "ok, he might still be bluffing, I call" which is an horrible way to go about it and I hope I won't make those mistakes again from now on :(.

Glad NL25 is going well, sounds like you're off to a good start. Generally at this limit I don't think people are raising river as a bluff after you barrel 3 times on a paired board: even thinking players probably won't give anyone enough credit at NL25 to fold to a RR there (esp min. RR).

In this spot I would probably check/call river to give him a chance to bluff with his busted draws. When you bet the river what worse hands do you think are calling your bet (we're not betting to split)? No 3x is calling 3 barrels, and the only worse 7 is 74.
