Interested if you do it why and when? Personally I show vary few hands short of showdowns. I believe the information you give away is not worth the benefits.

I can't even remember the last time I showed my hand when I didn't have to.
The only reason I would show a hand is if I was bluffing and I knew that villain would go on monkeytilt.
I always set on auto muck no mether where I play. I don't think showing your hand is that much smart, good regs will take a note on that.
