If you assuming he is loose then we are Check/Calling the turn. 
But then again you have to have assumptions on that. A lot of those loose players may also play tight postflop and maybe not even try to win the pot on the turn without having a hand.

Why changing our hand into a bluffcatcher? Can't we bet the turn outselves?

Cause it's a 4handed table? His position ain't UTG actually.
From what do you get called on the turn with his stack? There is tons of more money from him by turning hand into bluff-catcher.
Confusing... Sometimes it's bad to bluffcatch and other times it isn't. I thought we couldn't really bluffcatch if:
1) Our hand is vulnerable
2) He may have a lot of floats in his range.
Both these things are here?

It's a 3bet pot, how vulnerable our hand can be there? From what are we scared?
You said he me have a lot of floats in his range -> doesn't that mean it's a best spot to Check/Call?

It's like here for example: Nl25 88 Fr
Hehe, it's way different spot, starting from it being 3bet pot and 88 is much more vulnerable than TT. Plus we are inducing the opponent to ship his whole stack.

Well, if you read my evaluation then you will read that Check/Call is an option. ♦Don't look for similar hand, cause every situation can be very different. Like the link you posted, way different board, a lot more draws around and of course even PPs which pay us.
