1. I should push preflop ? I just raise as I think odd is not enough.

2. I bet flop 400 as 200 seems too weak. What about this size ?

3. How I should play ?

1. Pushing preflop is fine. If we split limper's 200 at 2:1 ratio, we'll get 135 and 65. Think of this as addition to the blinds. After adding 135 to 200 (the size of big blind) we get 335. So you're only pushing for 10 BB in a way.

2. 400 might be a bit small. If he has a samll popcket pair, he might get stubborn and not fold it to your bet. We also want to charge the draws, which we stilll beat. So I'd make it around 700.

3. Push preflop.
