Hi Robert,

I'd fold on the flop.

1) You have low equity in the hand
2) Flop is very dry which makes his donk range polarized, Kx or air. He may also have some draws, OESD or GS, but most of his range would be Kx.

If you raise, no worse hand is calling and no better hand is folding.
