No, not vs an unknown. Few things I would do different though- I will size the 3bet bigger- 240 or even 260 since we are OOP. These fishes will call on your 3bets quite often, charge them for value.

Flop- you can even bet a bit more, closer to 300, but half pot is still fine. Call on his min re-raise. He might of course has a Qx, but there is also a ton of other hands he might play like this and we beat. I wouldn't even mind a shove over his 2bet on the flop since we are OOP, but the pot is pretty big already, so call is fine as well. Allows him to continue with his bluffs.
