My net $ loses are 4 time bigger than the EV net loses. What does that mean ?

In theory that means you're running below EV ergo you've been unlucky at some point, had a badbeat, suckout etc.
EV shows the mathematical outcome of a hand and doesn't acknowledge factors like luck, fishyness etc.

That is true, but you forgot to add it only aplies to hands that went to showdown. For the hands that do not go to showdown, EV line just follows net winnings.
