i dont know what is he representing with betting turn and river kind of big...

You definitely need to be betting the turn. I would bet full pot and fold to a raise. If my turn bet was called I might consider check/calling the river but it would be close and would depend on any reads.

As played the river might well be a fold. I can't see villain betting a worse flush on the river, he would probably check it back and go to showdown. There might be some bluffs in his range here since your flop bet was half pot but I am struggling to imagine what you could beat in this spot.
