Making an awesome Live-Coaching
Our Live-Coaching sessions are a unique feature PokerStrategy.com has in many markets. However Live-Coachings are bound to a certain time and thus can be missed. As a consequence it is very important to advertise our coaching sessions well to make sure they get the attention they deserve. There are many members outside who are in principle interested in live-coaching sessions but who are simply not aware of our offer or who sometimes need to be reminded to join our sessions.
In general a Coaching session is more valuable the more members join and the longer each single member remains on the Coaching Session.
Maintained Coaching Threads
• Keep your coaching thread up to date, there must be a topic for every single coaching.
• It is best if your coachings are somehow connected to each other but every single coaching of its own must have a meaningful topic.

• Your Coaching Thread should be linked in the Coaching Player by you during the coaching and feedback, questions & everything else can be posted there
Smart Cross-linking
• Make sure that you use the handevaluation board and videos for your coaching if possible.
• You should strive to create hand evaluation threads after your coaching to invite people to join the forums
• Put the links in your coaching thread to allow the followers of your coaching thread to find your threads
• Avoid doing the actual hand discussion in your coaching thread. We also want to invite the regular strategy forum users in your discussion and we strive to have a central place for the hand discussions
• After every coaching you post 1-3 interesting hands / discussions from the coaching in the HE board.
• With this new users from the HE board get attracted to the coachings and you also generate more traffic in the HE board.
• Also link Videos with similar Topics to the coaching for the users.
News
• You can always contact your "Community / Freelance Manager" that he does a news for your coaching
• Give him a list of Topics and Cliff Notes about what will happening in the coaching.
• You dont need to have a news for every single coaching, but once a month is very good to remind user again about the coaching and also attract new people
Signatures/Blogs
• make sure that you have appropriate information in your signature - the more you post in the forum, the more users will get to know about it.
• advertise the coaching in your blog if he you have one. These users are super fanboys and they will happy to be reminded in a place where they anyways look every day.
Advertisement on external sites
• If you have an Facebook or Twitter account with Poker Player following you, then use it as a medium to advertise your coaching.
• Post 15 minutes before the coaching starts a link to the coaching overview page and incentivize the people to join your coaching. (Of course it works best for basic coachings)
