Bottom set call or raise river ?

My wiew off hand was
Flop and Turn- i donked the flop for value and protection
River i checked so he could bluff busted draws i my plan was just to call couse i dont see hand that could pay me off if i check -raise river ( mybe some Q x s but that would be very rare) after he bet just half off pot i became gridy and decied to shove whas that mistake ?

interesting.

when you c/shove you only want him to have AK and AQ, maybe some Q:c. but a call seems quite nitty

Hello dzikson999,

Check/Raise on the river doesn't really get called from a lot worse hands. Such a guy and with his W$SD doesn't really pay with Kx, maybe at the best Qx. But there ain't many Qx hands in his range and therefore I'd either Bet myself on the river or just Check/Call it. Not sure if such a guy would even bluff there on the river.
