I think we can assume SB's range should be around but no more than 50% here. Some regs will go literally nuts and do this move with almost 100% of the hands. Nash will be much tighter than that, but as you can see he is min-raising, which is great as if u and bb push, he can safely fold. He also might have some extra FE depending if you misread his stack sizes and threat his committing raise simply as a raise.

I also think your push is a bit on the looser side. I think I would go with JTs, but fold the offsuited ones.

CO pushing and CO min raising are way different and in general I will give him more than 30% range. I think ICM fails to calculate correctly his situation as in the hand, he has to call any2 on a shove from the BB, while now he can double + up, fold if 2 other players go all in or else- play with amazing pot odds vs one opponent w a hand that will do good in HU pots.
