villain is what appears to be a standard tag, we kind of have stayed out of each others way as they were plenty of fish at the table
I call his 3bet because of odds for set value and position
then I flop bottom set. He cbets 2/3pot, and I wonder what to do as we are fairly deep.
I raised, because I wanted to build a pot, and I didn't want some scary card for him to come (like an ace, a jack, even a king) but it appears to me that I show tremendous strength by raising here, he really can't call me but with AA but he can 3bet-shove AKs, maybe AQs which I am in good shape against
If I flat call, well its bittersweet because if he has AKs he is getting a cheap turn, and if a scarecard comes, he can shut down. But if a blank comes he will probably fire a 2nd barrel or at least check/call with an overpair
what would you do here ?
