I encountered many min 3bet with Q7s or some suited hand.
However, I was rock and UTG open. So I should have respected it, right?

Heyhello,
Sorry for the delay (birthday)

First of all you are UTG and considered being a Rock. Then a SB who plays 21 VPIP & 7 PFR 3bets you. I think I mostly setmine here than 4betting for ''value'' as those trashy hands are just going to fold on any 4bet you make

So you are 4betting as a bluff which means any reraise from him is just going to be a trap
