Just started NL100 :). Unknown villain, running 67/50 on 6 hands. Should I bet the turn once he checks to protect from his 6 outs? I decided to check it to showdown because i have 0 info on how villain plays.

As played standard bluffcatch on the river?

Hey BadeaCalRau,

Can I call you BCR for future reference? Hopefully will see you around these forums for next 6 months+ so will save a lot of time in the long run

Pre flop: Looks good, maybe sizing can be a little bigger, $8 seems about right, although slightly smaller may induce the fish to come along to the party.

I would just cbet the flop, when we check back it looks like we have Ace high a lot, so to protect our ranges and allow us to rep a variety of hands on different turn cards and also realise and protect our immediate equity vs the villains random 78, 67, kq kinda hands cbetting is going to be best.

If we get called we can barrel turn and river as the villain hand will often be a weak showdown hand such as 33-1010 that will struggle to call a river bet/shove.

As played on the turn I would bet small vs a 65/60 as they like to defend their KQ/KJ/K10 broadway cards that will have a "full house draw" :f_love:
On the river I would call, I imagine he will bet all pairs on the turn as he won't think you will fold Ace high, so on the river he will only really have 7x as a value range.
