Just join a hyper turbo $15 and the software disconnects me.
Stars servers are fine my internet is fine WTF!!!
I ended up with $2 in chips left when I got back in
I emailed stars maybe get a refund.........

I wrote in my previous topic about $15 hyper turbo disconnection.
When I played $15 Hyper turbo SnG 2/3 times I was diconnested at start, and when I finaly come to table I was short stack. But when I played $7 hyper turbo I had no problems with my connection. Funny thing is that I played at same time $15 and $7, and at $15 table a was diconnected, but I played normaly $7.
It is not software crash. But thaty is reason why I don't want to play at Poker Stars any more.
I understand and of course it sounds super weird that one table is ok and another is disconnected but unless we are interweb wizards I don't think we can know what exactly causing the problem.
I'm sure you'd like to solve this issue just as much Stars would like every player to be happy at the tables and play with out any problems.

Yes no refund will be given
they said I agreed to the Terms Of Service when joining the table.
Even if I get disconnected and lose I will not be reimbursed.

Yes, I've seen this notice pop up before every game 
I had a few disconnections this week whilst playing some PLO Hyper Heads Up matches. Still came back from the dead to win though, luckily
