Blinds: 3k/6k Ante 600

Pre-Flop: (14k, 8 players) Hero is BTN X:diamond: Y:heart:
UTG goes all-in 50k, 3 folds, CO calls 50k, Hero ???

Another sat for live event, about 25 left I'm 2nd or 3rd in chips, top 4 paid. It's a 3x-turbo. UTG is a pretty good reg and CO is a random silverstar one tabling.

Shove range?

Hi all,

Despite CO being an idiot here I think his range is the one we need to worry about. UTG is shoving very wide given that he's UTG, -$EV pushes etc, but CO is calling something like 66+ AT+ and not folding that range to an all-in. Your position in this tournament doesn't matter at all as you're so far from the money, and most +cEV decisions are worth taking IMO.

So with that in mind, I think something like 77+ AJ+ is good enough for us. 66 and AT are very close.

I think villain's a bit too loose here for us to be so tight, thoughts? 3x-turbos are pretty nuts ;). Antes are also very large etc.

It's winner takes all probably though, 2nd-4th get paid a couple cheeseburgers and 1st gets paid a ticket to a live event

OK fine but we're still VERY far away from the money, 1/7 of the remaining places get paid.
