Easy fold .. he can be bluffing but he can also value bet better hands or bluff you off your hand later on, just stay out of trouble oop with marginal hands.

he can easily have a big draw or a 9 here (i'm not too sure about a PP its not very smart to bloat that pot w/ 77-88-TT in a SA/WB situation (against 66 it is WA ofc but he doesn't know that), and he probably 3bets JJ+ preflop), in both cases you're not in that good of a shape so I think its an easy fold, you don't need to get cute vs an unknown

He will 100% bet the turn

FH and draw is not always raised and the draw always
fold at the turn so he bluffs more,

With soil-reads you can fold the turn if you dont like it,
a flushcard or an Ace because of Ace high draws are bad cards or something that
would give a draw more outs, or gave a flushdraw a pair. And betting if an ace arives is most of the time very strong and no bluff.
Or he bets too much that he is committed
or to confident.

ok he is not the perfect victim he looks a little to straight forward

The bluff 3 bet at this flop does not work that well, because draw and pairs push.

I also think shoving w/o any reads is a little bit spewy.

I dont think he has a 9 here. Either he has a boat or pocket pair.

Why not play that hand TT+
Since you´re basically making your hand into bluff, then I´d 3-bet flop, rahter than c/rai turn.

I agree with Kaitz20, in this case I re raised him to 35$ and he folded.
So he probably had pocket pair or air.
