4bet pots are somewhat difficult to analyze because ranges can be all over the place. Some people will only ever call your 4bet with AA to trap. Some will call AK and JJ because they aren't sure about jamming. The looser players will show up with 75s and KJo because they get good odds preflop.
As such it's difficult to say how much showdown value you have on the flop. Against a very loose player just checking and showing down, potentially calling a bet along the way, might be best. Against a tight player who is going to have AK/KQs/JJ you should just check fold. Against a medium wide range like KQ/QJ/AQ/AJ/88 it's probably best to cbet to fold out better Ax.
Anyway, if you decide to bet, I think you should go smaller and size for 3 streets. The board is extremely dry, the only card that changes the texture is an Ace, so there is no reason to bet big if you have QQ/AA/Kx.
Once he calls flop I think he will have a good amount of hands that dont fold and have you crushed: Kx, some AA, some Ax with turned fd. Hands that will fold are some floated QJ, and maybe a medium pocket pair. I dont think you get enough folds to jam with very little equity there.
Of course the retard calls because he is oh so pro.
You might want to work on your mindset. Having an emotional evaluation of an opponent of any sort ("he always has it I can't do anything", "he plays so bad", "I have to punish this donk") will stop you from playing your best possible poker.
he will probably not believe me the first time I cbet but he should fold the second.
This thought process is not going far enough. What hands exactly do you expect him to not believe you with on the flop (hands that call flop) and then believe you on the turn (hands that call flop & fold turn)?
