two guys call
flop J(d) 4(s) 2(s)
i raise 900
one guy folds, one is all in
I call
he has A (h) J (h)
turn J (s)
river 3 (c)
the guy wins

Sorry about the poor explanation but the site that I played (expekt.com) does not support hand save
I would bet 200 (2/3 of the pot) on the flop and if reraised I would shove it. So apart from overbetting the flop well played IMO.
You can't do anything about these guys who just think AJ is the nuts
preflop 5BB is about as much i would raise with such small blinds so wp and hope for more guys like that because they are the reason to play poker 
raise to 70 to 90 preflop. 2/3 pot on the flop. shove if you're reraised. no need to play scared poker :).
